Raised on our farm in the Sussex Low Weald, our flocks graze on wild grasses, flowers, and herbs year-round, giving the meat a distinct, full-bodied flavor. Grown slowly to maturity, our traditional breeds offer a sweet depth of flavor without excessive fat.
