A classic roasting joint, perfect for Sunday lunch. Our Topside is from our own grass-fed, free-range, Sussex and Longhorn cattle, dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days.
Our slow-grown heritage breeds of Sussex and Longhorn cattle are grass-fed for the entirety of their lives. Our beef is hung on the bone for at least 21 days to develop an intense depth of flavour, delicious texture and tenderness.
Sold off-the-bone and rolled as a single joint in 500g increments from 1kg to 3kg.
