Grass Fed British Beef
Our slow-grown Sussex and Longhorn cattle are grass-fed for the entirety of their lives and the beef is hung on the bone for at least 21 days to mature.
Free Range British Pork
Our heritage breed pigs live outside for their entire lives. This leads to meat with a distinctive, rich flavour and a fantastic texture, further enhanced by being hung on the bone for three weeks to mature.
Grass Fed British Lamb
Our Southdown and Hebridean lamb is slow-grown and grass-fed year-round on the wild grasses, flowers and herbs on our Sussex Low Weald farm. The meat is hung on the bone for at least 7 days to mature.
